The undertaker was Fred J Caldwell. d William Ryan born 1829, died 18 June 1902. Buried 20 June 1902 Church of England Cemetery Gunning. Undertaker was John Caldwell. His death certificate shows his mother to have been Catherine Ryan and his widow Margaret Ryan née Booth. He had 9 children living at the time of his death: William 43, Margaret 41, Mary A. 39, Ann 36, Elizabeth 35, Thomas 27, Robert 27, John 2? and Sarah 23. e Elizabeth Jones died aged 57 (of nephritis) on 2 October 1874 in Gunning. f Catherine Turton (née Ryan) died 12.6.1868 aged 63, and her husband Joseph Turton died 13.4.1867 aged 60. g Alfred Ernest Mester died 13.1.1882 aged 6mths, son of Orand and Elizabeth Mester - see 66. h Alfred Francis Denny died 4.2.1928 aged 38 i George Henry Denny died 1942 aged about 82 j Edna Jane Denny died 6.6.1947 aged 26 k Harriet Elizabeth Thorn (née Poole,) died 5th January 1898 aged 88 at Chains of Ponds, Dalton (son's house). Williams, Undertaker John Caldwell. l Conrad Lees died 8.9.1899 aged 67, born in Germany son of Johannas Jacob Lees and Louisa Iulian Shitney.
