Murrumbateman Cemetery is located about 40 km north of Canberra - west of the Canberra / Yass road. The position is Lat 34.58.15S Long 149.01.20E

There are two separate areas, an Anglican section and a Presbyterian section. The former is an area of about 100m x 100m and the latter about 55m x 60m.
